Social Groups

The Come Together benefits apply exclusively to All-Inclusive bookings at participating resorts in Puerto Vallarta, Los Cabos, and Cancun.

Valid for a minimum of 5 and maximum of 16 rooms for at least 3 consecutive nights.

Benefits apply to all room categories; multi-bedroom units count as one room.

All reservations must be identified as part of the social group at time of booking. Unidentified reservations are not eligible for benefits.

A rooming list must be provided at least 30 days prior to arrival.

Group activities may vary by destination and season.

Not combinable with other group programs or select exclusive promotions.

Benefits are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash or credit, and unused inclusions are non-refundable.

Additional blackout dates may apply during high-demand periods.

From the list of our Exclusive Added Value Experiences, only one may be selected.

Complimentary suite applies in the lead category only and requires a minimum booking of 7 rooms under the All-Inclusive plan. Maximum of two complimentary suites per group.
One room upgrade per group, subject to availability at time of arrival. Penthouses excluded.
Welcome drink provided upon arrival for registered group guests.
Priority group check-in applies when arrivals are scheduled within a coordinated 3-hour window and must be arranged in advance.
Spa savings apply to massages of 50 minutes or longer and exclude special treatments, hydrotherapy, beauty salon services, spa boutique purchases, gratuities, service charges, and taxes. Not combinable with other spa promotions.
Group experience requires a minimum 72-hour advance reservation. Schedule and location are assigned based on resort availability and may vary by destination and season.
Kids stay and eat free according to resort policy and seasonal restrictions. Applicable when sharing room with paying adults under the All-Inclusive plan.
One experience per group. The hotel will assign the schedule and location according to daily operations. Includes beverages from the All-Inclusive package; tastings require prior reservation.
